The FIM 2012 on 7 July 2012



What is FIM 2012? 

It is Franchise International Malaysia 2012 exhibition in PWTC.

I have interview the Tutti Frutti Franchise booth in FIM.





Product and service:
      1.Using what kind of way to increase the positive reputation in the social?
Will be using the advertisement such as the electronic media to create awareness for social, using Facebook to inform those fans about the promotions and also through banding. All kind of advertisement will also boost the awareness in each and every year around the September and October.

      2. Using what kind of way to understand the customer need?
Did not use survey to understand customer need but because of the changing of the human heart. Human nowadays like to go for those healthy foods. So TF did not do any changes for the customer need but is because of the changes of the customer.

      3.Are the market of TF is still growing nowadays?
Ya, it is still growing market for TF.

      4. Is this FY is safe to consume by everybody?
Yes, all kind of people.

      5. When is the largest promotion coming for the customers?
TF will promote different types of drinks, coffee and also yogurt bubble tea.

Process and business format:
      6.What kind of management that used in the TF? Any kind of system?
System set using the POS system (Point of sale). Whenever any of the Francis close business will perform auto upload to the headquarter.

      7. Any training need to attend by the one who buy the Francis?
Ya, they need to attend a workshop and training around for 3 days. And this training need to completed by one week before opening the business of the Francis. There are other subsequent training depend on what is new for them and this also update time to time.

      8. Number of Francis in KL? Which state has the less number of Francis outlet in Malaysia?
There are already 55 outlet in Klang Valley and in whole Malaysia there are around 150 outlets. The less is outlet is Sarawak. There actually haven’t start any but after this Raya there will be a new outlet in there.

      9. How long does the TF takes to be famous?
TF first start on 2009 and the market keep on growing actively and less than one year it already become so famous.

Profitability:
      10. Is the labor cost standard for all Francis or set by the individual Franchisor?
Individual has the right to set it but now government has set the minimum amount of the labor cost but still the individual still can set it in their own Francis.

     11.What is the start up cost for the TF?
There are around RM 368- RM388 for the Francis package. There are included the Francis fee, yogurt machines, POS system, CCTV, S.O.P training, print materials, marketing material package and the utensils package.

        12. The expenses for advertising is around how much?
Every month every Francis need to contribute 2 % of their gross profit and TF will used around RM 2milion for only the advertising casually.

       13. How long is the Francis agreement contract last?
Each contract only last for 5 years.

        14. How much is the renewal cost for it?
Money will be paid according to the same amount of money just like the first time buying the Francis.

        15. If those Franchisor facing failure on their business, what will happened to them?
If they facing the failure, they can straight close the business and they can’t be refunding their money back and of cause they won’t facing any extra charge for the business failure.

        16. How many profit will be earn by TF?
There are around 45-50% profit will be earned in each and every month.

People:
        17. Any field support provided for the Francis?
Every month, the headquarter will send the mechanical people to check on the yogurt machines on each of every outlet, this is to ensure they are all well functioning. Other than this, we will also send someone to have a sport check on those outlet. The purpose is actually to ensure them are following the guideline and hope the sale can be increase from time to time. This sport check is no duration of period. 

       18. Any more new outlet are going to be launch?
Ya, one of the new outlet will be soon launch in front of the Utar in Kampar.

       19. How long do you think the TF will stay in the climax?
From 2009 until nowadays, TF still reaching and stay at the climax and TF estimated that TF still can stay at the climax market sale for 5 more years.

        20. Are there any difficulty that faced before?
Did not have any difficulty for the TF company. Therefore, it means that TF have the smooth flow of business until now.
